Acquisition and enhancement of machinery and equipment in the production of our aluminium screening at our partners Yaohua Wire Weaving Netting Factory in Anping County, China. New advanced German-made looms, and a more modern paint line with enhanced heating and other technological features, are raising our quality level to premium status.
The onset of a systematic upgrade in all the operational processes of yarn coating at our partners Jinwu Glass Fiber Co, Ltd., In Wuqiang County, China. At every stage of production in the yarn coating process, techniques and practices are being upgraded, equipment refurbished or replaced, and stricter quality control measures are being implemented. It is part of an ongoing production renewal process that has also seen acquisitions to improve packing of finished products, acquisition of new looms, acquisition of extrusion lines for the production of coated polyester screening and monofilament polypropylene, and acquisition of pleating equipment for the production of pleated mesh.
Participation in the 2015 edition in February of the R+T world trade fair in Stuttgart, Germany, where we introduced in our product range new products including polypropylene screening, pleated mesh, and security screen.
Introduction of our newly transformed production of all of our insect screen products phthalate-free. As more and more government health and environmental regulations restrict and prohibit the use of phthalate plasticizers in PVC products, we now lead the insect screening industry in making all of our products phthalate-free.
